About our prints

At this time, our 13x19" print are available for wholesale. 

Each of our maps are made in-house by our talented mapping team of graphic designers. We’re all architecturally trained and work hard to make each map a work of art. Our system allows us to make a map of nearly any city in the world, big or small.

Please allow a few extra business days for processing if your order contains a custom map or a custom color.

Please note that in order to offset the cost of labour to create custom designs, we require a minimum of 3 custom prints in order to qualify for the wholesale price.

Eyeing up one of our map prints, but want it in your unique colors? No problem. We can make any of our maps in any color combination. Our Custom Mapping page has more info on placing a custom color order.

For our U.S. customers, our prints are printed in Los Angeles, CA. For our Canadian customers, our prints are printed in Vancouver, BC.

Our prints are printed on 180 gsm semi-gloss paper with the industry's highest quality digital printers. That's jargon for beautifully rich colors on thick paper.

Unfortunately, due to the high costs of shipping, we do not offer wholesale framing at this time.

Our wholesale prints are packaged flat and retail-ready  with a non-permanently fixed cardboard backing with a 4x4" sticker on the back minimally introducing us, the brand and offering a brief description of our artistic process. Prints are also packaged in a clear protective plastic sleeve. 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Each map is printed custom for you! We aim to ship orders within 3-4 days. Please allow an extra day when placing an order within 2 days of a holiday. Please allow a few extra business days for processing if your order contains a custom map or a custom color.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location. We do not mark up shipping and do our best to offer shipping at cost. 

We generally ship with FedEx or UPS.

If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will happily offer a credit for the damaged items. Please include well-lit images detailing the damage to qualify for replacements.

If your entire order was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with well-lit photos of the damaged prints and the damaged packaging and we will immediately replace the entire order. If you require a shipping upgrade on the re-order, you will be responsible to cover the difference in price. 

In order to be kind to the environment as well as ensure you get crisp, bright and fresh prints, each and every order is printed with love, just for you. Due to the nature of our custom fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We do guarantee shipment of your order and so if there is any damage to your order, please email us with photos of the damage and we will be in contact right away. 

As we ship from within the respective country of the delivery address, there are no duty or import fees. 

Payment options

We offer Net30 Payment options on all accounts in good standing.

At checkout, you will be able to complete your order without entering payment details. You will automatically be emailed an invoice for payment in your local currency. 

Absolutely! 

Our U.S. customers are billed in USD and our Canadian customers are billed in CAD.

Payment is due within 30 days or placing the order. However, we understand that sometimes invoices get lost in your inbox, and life sometimes gets in the way. We want to flexible with our stockists. 

We will send you a reminder if your invoice is overdue. 

Please note that multiple late payments may result in no longer having access to Net 30 terms in which case you will need to pay for your order in full before we can ship your order. 

We will consider re-extending Net 30 terms after 2 orders are paid in full. 

GENERAL INQUIRIES

Our minimum order is 15 prints. There is no per-item minimum requirement (except for custom maps/custom colors). Your 15 prints can be made up of any combination of prints.

We firmly stand by our minimum order policy as we do not carry the packaging needed to ship a lesser amount of prints flat.

You bet! However, in order for us to be able to see you the custom map at the standard wholesale price, we require that you order a minimum of 3 of the same custom print. 

This also applies to custom colors.

We do not offer drop shipping services at this time. 

It is not our goal to oversaturate any shopping neighbourhood with our product. We do our best to make sure that there is at least 5km or a 20 minute drive between stockists. 

If you move your store's location without informing us, and come to find that you are now near a shop that also sells our prints, we reserve the right to discontinue our wholesale relationship at our discretion. But we will always contact you prior to doing so so that we may mutually come to an understanding.
