Processing Times

Thank you for your order! You can expect to receive an emailed order confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once a maximum of 4 business days has passed (our expected processing/printing time) then you will be emailed a shipping notification that includes a tracking number. 

You will be emailed a delivery notification once your order has been delivered. If you live in an apartment building, it is possible that your order was delivered to the nearest post office accosted with the shipping carrier that shipped your package. Your tracking notification will contain the full details on where your package is being held. 

Each map is printed custom for you! We aim to process orders within 4 days of receipt of payment. Please allow an extra day when placing an order within 2 days of a holiday. Please allow extra time for custom orders

Problems with your order

One of the unique aspects of our product line is that we don’t hold any stock. We operate this way to be both kind to the environment (no waste) and this ensures that we can always ship our customers brand new, custom-printed orders. We want to ship your order as quickly as we can and we begin printing orders almost immediately once we receive them. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please email us at sales@pointtwomaps.com within four (4) hours of placing your order for these changes to take effect. After the 4 hour mark, we are unfortunately not able to guarantee that your changes can be made, but please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Did you receive prints that were damaged in transit? Yikes! We are terribly sorry about that and we want to make it right. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with 1 photo of the damaged/wrong prints and 1 photo of the packaging (for damaged prints only) and we will replace damaged/missing/wrong items with the same shipping speed as the original order.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window, please let us know at support@pointtwodesign.com. Please know that in this case we are at the mercy of the shipping company and won’t re-ship orders until 12 days past the expected delivery date. Replacement orders will be re-sent at the same shipping speed as the original order.

If customs fees are applied to your order, please know that you, the purchaser are fully responsible for the taxes and fees incurred. We, the seller are not responsible for these charges. If you refuse these customs fees and the product is sent back to us, we are unable to offer a refund for the product as we are unable to re-stock the order. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to the border or customs.
